Wow, what a great experience! I went in yesterday, hoping for a new car but expecting the worst, due to credit issues I had been having. I was greeted by Mike & he was a HUGE help! I left with a 2011 Corolla & I'm so happy with it! The customer service here is amazing & these guys helped work a great deal for me. I am a first time car buyer, so you could imagine the anxiety that comes with that, but this dealership exceeded my expectations.

I would have never guessed I would leave a Toyota dealership a 5 star review.
This is for the service department only, as that is the only communication I have had with them.
I had yet another recall on my car that I had put off for.... way too long... and called to make an appointment for a Friday morning, and was able to get in on the day I wanted. I pulled up around 6:45am, for a 7:00am appointment and waited my turn for a service member to come over and check me in. I let him know I had to leave by 11am, and made sure the recall would be able to be completed by then.
I waited in the waiting room for the shuttle service to start, and was given a ride to Dana Point Harbor where I had breakfast. Later I found out, they had bagels that they offer for free. Oh well, I had a nice, peaceful breakfast on the water. They will give you a ride within a 10 mile radius.
After breakfast I sat on a bench and read my book, and realized I should probably head back to the dealership, it was almost 10am, so I called to have them pick me back up. I got a phone call back about 5 minutes later, and within 10 minutes I was on my way back to the dealership.
My car was ready probably around 10:30, 10:45 when I went back up to check on it. Might have been done earlier, maybe I should have checked when I first got back. Oh well. He said he wasnt sure if my car was washed, and apologized, but he knew I had to be on my way. I think the outside of my car was actually washed, so that was nice.
I went outside to wait for my car, and 5 minutes later looked up and my car had been sitting there. Not sure for how long, and if I was just completely spaced out, but I didnt see it pull up. Couldve used a little more communication there, but it is what it is.
Any more recalls in the future, or anything I need to come back to a dealership for, I will absolutely come back here. Every other Toyota dealership I have had to deal with, have all received one star reviews from me, this place was stellar and I am thankful!

Miguel and Blake really helped me get the perfect truck quickly and for a good price. They both made the whole experience quick and painless. The life time oil changes that the dealer offers is pretty great as well! Over all I am definitely more then satisfied with the whole experience.

Let me start with I didn't want to take my car to the dealership. In my mind I always thought of it as being the most expensive place to take your car. I just left Capistrano Toyota and had the best experience ever! Justin was the one who helped me, and he was super nice and worked to help me get the best deals. Forever on I will take my car to the dealership now. Or should I say to Toyota Capistrano!!! My car is washed, my oil has been changed, my bulb to my rear brake has been replaced, and there was breakfast and coffee out for customers. Thanks again Justin.

Great, fast customer service. I called on a Saturday morning for a service appt that day because my battery had died. I was visiting my parents so this isn't the normal dealership I take my car to. Justin, my service advisor, was able to have my car serviced in less than an hour and informed me over the phone when I called for the appt that my battery and all related service charges would be covered since it was within 3 years of me purchasing my car. I highly recommend Capistrano Toyota.

Although we did not purchase a car from this dealership, I will still recommend Clarence Sie as a great Salesperson and new car advisor. The other day, my wife and I came in to return my '14 Avalon since the lease was up. This dealership has a wonderful service department. They are always friendly take care of their customers. They have a great local shuttle which is very convenient! They have never pushed service that isn't necessary, and always warn me when something is getting close to being needed. My scion is now 9 years old and still drives like it did the first week! I recommend this place to everyone. I only wish they handled Mitsubishi as well so we could bring my husbands car here as well.

I just want to complement your service department, especially Justin Geoffroy. We are from Denver and on a road trip in our 2017 Highlander with about 2000 miles on it. I discovered yesterday while we were passing through Yuma AZ that our muffler had been incorrectly attached after the factory tow hitch had been installed at our local dealer. I was concerned over time it would be damaged. We made an online reservation while driving and we got the vehicle to you this afternoon. Justin greeted us and looked at the problem, said can I have the car for 20 minutes. He grabbed a tech and I had the car back in 10 minutes, muffler correctly attached to the hanger. Now the remainder of my travels will be worry free. Thank you so much for having wonderful service managers and techs working for you! I appreciate not having to wait half the day and not being hassled, especially when I didn't purchase the vehicle from you.

I went and saw Miguel, the fleet director and Tracey was my finance manager for my 2017 Camry SE. I was in and out in an hour and a half. I wasn't pressured to buy anything extra and the whole experience was great. I highly recommend them.
I would just like to start that I've have purchased MANY vehicles in my short lifetime Bc I sure am a sucker for new cars, but one of my best experiences was yesterday with everyone that I dealt with. I bought a used Toyota from Capo in 2015 my experience was good they made it happened and my boyfriend and I were super excited about the new truck and I had just bought a brand new jeep 1 week prior, so one thing I was jealous of was the lifetime of oil changes as long as the truck was serviced there.
Well as I took the 2013 Toyota Tacoma in for its routine free oil change I just so happened to be checking out the new Tacoma's not expecting to get into one. Long story short Bill my sales person was amazing, all the staff was super friendly the receptionist some of the other girls walking around. John in sales even let me use his phone charger. Reza helped make things happen and David in Finance. Everyone there was fantastic to deal with I left in a 2017 Brand New Tacoma and my experience was fantastic. For people who had a bad experience I understand what you have been through but please go work with any of the people I mentioned above. I will be stopping by just to say hi to these guys while I get my truck serviced! Thanks Capo Toyota!! We are so happy!!!
